Objectives
P3.8 focuses on six (6) strategic objectives namely;
Empowering obesity and overweight people through fitness and wellness coaching
Nutrition and dietary analysis to inform and influence healthy eating/food choices and habits
Increasing access to health and wellness support through establishment of affordable fitness infrastructure and centers within communities
Establishing strategic partnerships to promote health and wellness in the country, region and beyond
Learning and knowledge generation on health and wellness locally, regionally and across the African continent
Capacity building for fitness and wellness

We jointly plan and execute effective solutions in partnership with clients and partners to deliver and achieve intended outcomes for their health and wellness. Our coaches are available at various times during the day to schedule and deliver fitness sessions at the client’s convenience.

We pride in use and adoption of suitable and novel approaches in our workout and diet programs. We translate the latest exercise information into client based practical applications to enhance our fitness program experiences while providing relevant information required to achieve desired results.
