How long do the workout plans last? 

The workout plans will be updated every month for as long as you’re a paying member. Your exercise routine is switched up and updated monthly, with consideration of your progress, ensuring that you’re always challenged; moving closer to your fitness goal while getting the best results possible.

Besides ensuring you get started correctly, and continuously see progress, each package includes an initial “10 MINUTES SKYPE CHAT”, to ensure we fully understand and get your specific needs and goals RIGHT.  Our team will thereafter, appropriately schedule occasional check-ins with you over text, email, phone calls, or video conferencing. During the check-ins, we shall discuss your advancements, obstacles and ways to foster continuous growth and improvement. You can ask us any questions that you may have about your workout or meal plan programs. You can also ask us to clarify or demonstrate any exercises, provide tips and advice as need arises.

This is for you if you have some experience and can comfortably do some push-ups, burpees or squats.

Level Ratings and Qualifications

  • Between 10 to 20 mins   => Advanced Level 
  • Between 20 to 25 mins => Intermediate Level
  • Between 25 to 30 mins => Moderate Level
  • 30 mins and above => Beginner Level

This is for you if you’ve never worked out, haven’t worked out in a long while or have physical limitations or injuries that would impede you from taking the classic test.
