If you exercise regularly and follow a healthy diet, it will take roughly eight weeks for noticeable changes to appear.
How much weight can I lose in six (6) months?
Most studies show that it is possible to lose up to 13kg safely in six months. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) states that aiming to gradually lose between 4 to 8lbs (1.8 to 3.62kgs) of weight on average per month is healthy and more sustainable.

I haven’t worked out in a while, can I still workout?
Certainly! P3.8 is geared toward all fitness levels – everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We strongly advise starting with a fitness assessment before embarking on your training regimen, especially if you’re a beginner. We shall customize your workout and nutrition program based on your experience level to suit your needs, and help you reach your goals!
I have issues with (my specific body part(s)), can I still workout?
Absolutely! Our certified personal trainers and coaches are experienced and trained to conduct in-depth fitness assessments, advise, deal with, and provide options for different issues including appropriate exercises suitable for different case by case conditions. For cases beyond our professional scope, we shall refer you to other specialized health practitioners.
I am pregnant, can I still workout?
If you’ve already been working out with P3.8 and become pregnant, please check with your doctor first before continuing with your workout routine. Should you choose to work out during your pregnancy, you will also be required to present the doctor’s clearance before continuation of your workout in addition to signing a consent form declaring P3.8 free from legal damage of any potential risks related to your pregnancy during your time of workout.
We strongly advise that if you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby, get clearance from your doctor and we can help get you back into shape!
