High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Our HIIT classes are carefully designed and rolled out to get your body fueled to give your all-out. The techniques we use will push you to giving one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. The session will get and keep your heart rate and metabolism up, while enhancing your fat burn in a lesser time.

Circuit

Our Circuit training consists of a sequential series of timed exercises performed one after the other with varying amounts of rest between each exercise. Led by an experienced and caring team of fitness coaches, this class will help you in improving your cardiovascular fitness, increasing your strength, losing weight and conditioning your body and mind.

Aerobics

Our aerobics classes are designed with an aim to improve cardiovascular conditioning. The cues and techniques we use foster breathing controls, improving the amount of oxygen that can make it to the muscles to help them burn fuel as you move.

Abs and Booty Activation

This class has been carefully designed to elevate working out, toning, strengthening and shaping your gluteal, hips and lower abdominal muscles.
