Using a holistic approach to wellness, with a key focus on client-centric and results-oriented proposition, we blend medically integrated fitness and smart technology to deliver premium face-to-face and online structured, customized and personalized fitness programming. This is supplemented with provision of personalized nutritional coaching, support, encouragement and accountability (S.E.A) to offset desirable positive behavioral and lifestyle changes amongst our clientele. We use data and smart fitness tools to guide our clientele in the right direction from setting, executing, monitoring, and evaluating SMART fitness and health outcomes. Tracking both quantitative and qualitative indicators including body composition and girth measurements, mood, stress, and confidence among other health metrics equips us, and the client to effectively get closer to their desired outcomes. Leveraging on our multi-disciplinary team’s expertise and experience in fitness; human medicine; growth and life coaching; monitoring and evaluation; strategy and business management, we systematically inculcate and nurture positive lifestyle behavioral changes for sustainable health and fitness outcomes.

Our Programs

Personal Fitness Coaching

With careful consideration of specific needs, individual uniqueness, variations in fitness levels, underlying health conditions and past injuries (if any), we carefully plan and design fitness programs suitable for different individuals including women, men, youths, senior citizens and children. Our multi-disciplinary team of experienced experts including medical professionals, certified fitness trainers and coaches supports each individual to set, implement and track their desired SMART fitness and health goals.

 

Group Fitness Coaching 

We systematically curate and deliver fitness programs to suit different groups and demographics. Through open and skillful communication, our coaches offer guidance, techniques, cues, positive feedback and relevant modifications including emphasis on safety and proper alignment during group workouts. We watch with keener eyes and have ability to coach several levels at once—we aim to make the group experience safe, positive and effective for everyone regardless of their fitness level.

 

Corporate Wellness Support 

Through strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, we design and offer customized robust corporate wellness programs to promote a holistic approach for employee well-being. We facilitate creation of a healthy organizational culture – one that recognizes that “worker health” and “work-place health” are intertwined, rather than viewing obesity, job stress, and other personal or work-related health concerns in isolation. We are the nexus for promotion of positive lifestyle behavioral changes among employees within and outside the organization, creation of environments and conditions that support good health practices within the organization.

This comprises empowerment to take responsibility for one’s nutritional choices from our natural and traditional food baskets, using knowledge from both nutritional science and behavior change strategies.
