We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Whereas we do ensure that all data transmissions on our servers are secured with encryption, your data may still be compromised if you use unsecured devices and networks. Risks of Product/Service Use

This site’s content is not a substitute for direct, personal, professional medical care and diagnosis. Neither the personalized meal plans nor workout programs should be performed or otherwise used without clearance from your physician or health care provider first. The information contained within is not intended to provide specific physical or mental health advice, or any other advice whatsoever, for any individual or company and should not be relied upon in that regard. We are not medical professionals and nothing on this site should be misconstrued to mean otherwise. This is not health or medical advice and is not a replacement of advice or treatment by a health professional or physician. You are urged to always consult a medical professional or physician before participating in any of our activities, using our personalized meal plans and workout programs or coaching.  We are not responsible for any injuries or health problems you may experience or even death as a result of using any of our workout programs, personalized meal plans, products or services.

As with any workout program, you assume certain risks to your health and safety by starting a workout program and/or participating in exercise activities.

There is an increased risk of injury when you perform the exercises/workouts incorrectly, especially if you have existing health problem or physical conditions. If you choose to use any of our services or products or information from this site/site, you do so at your own free will and accord, knowingly and voluntarily assuming personal responsibility all risks associated with any of them. These risks may also exist for those who are currently in good health right now.

• • Personalized Meal Plan

There may be risks associated with use of our meal plans and information provided on the same on our site, particularly, for people with poor health or with pre-existing physical or mental health conditions. Because of such risks, we strongly advise that such people should not use our personalized meal plans or information provided on the same on our site. If you choose to use our meal plan or information provided on the same on our site, you do so at your own free will and accord, knowingly and voluntarily assuming personal responsibility all risks associated with any of them. These risks may also exist for those who are currently in good health right now.

• • Workout Programs

Working out is generally an extremely strenuous and physically demanding activity. It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not exceed your physical limits or over-exert yourself. As with any workout program, you assume certain risks to your health and safety. Any form of workout program can cause injuries, and our programs are no exception. It is possible that you may become injured doing the exercises in your program, especially if they are done with poor form, although P3.8 has provided and included thorough instruction and demonstration on form for each exercise.

Generally Expected Results

Although our products and services are intended to be fully implemented as recommended, sometimes they are not, which could result in a lack of progress/results for the user. If you implement the products and services from us correctly you should see amazing results, however it must be disclaimed that even when consumers implement any products or services in full from us it is still possible they will not get the results they may have expected and it is also possible they will not lose fat or gain muscle or achieve any positive results of any kind. Results may vary. 

Nether P3.8, nor its employees, agents or affiliates, make any guarantees or warrants as to the results that may be obtained from our workout programs, meal plans or information and services provided therein. P3.8 makes no claims or warrants that these that these results are typical. Even if you follow the program in full, you may not obtain your desired results. Actual results depend on the individual and effort exerted.

Testimonial Disclaimer

All the transformations and testimonials are real. However, it must be disclaimed that these testimonials are not claimed to represent typical results with our meal plan’s and workout programs.  They are meant as a showcase of what the most motivated and dedicated people can achieve by following our personalized meal plans and workout programs. Your results may vary and you may not necessarily get the same results compared to someone else when using our services due to differences in your individual exercise history, genetics, and personal motivation/dedication. The end results you get are dependent on you as an individual and how much effort you put in.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy for both our products and services includes how to contact us if cancellation is necessary and applicable timelines as follows;

For products, the cancellation has to be in writing within twenty four (24) hours of placing your order.  If you decide to cancel your monthly membership for online coaching, please make the cancellation in writing at least three (3) working days before the end of your current subscription period.

Shipping
At the moment, we only do shipping to Kampala, Mukono, and Wakiso districts in Uganda, for products you purchase on our website for a flat fee of 5,000/=. At the time of dispatching your purchased goods, our delivery personnel will contact you using the phone number you specified for your order. Depending on the exact location of delivery, an extra charge may be incurred but this would be communicated prior to dispatching the items for delivery. We deliver orders with 1-3 working days.

Changes
P3.8 may update the Terms at any time and provide notification to you by updating the Company’s website with the last modified date. By using the site after P3.8 has updated the Terms, you are agreeing to all of the updated Terms; if you do not agree with any of the updated Terms, you must stop using the site.

Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or timelier sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. Purchases
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
