We partner with institutions, and communities to sensitize masses on effects of sedentary living, fitness and health in general.
We have collaborated with institutions like OnAfriq (formerly known as MFS Africa) and Pneuma Fellowship to sensitize, and spread word about the vitality of living an active lifestyle among their staff and communities respectively.
Corporate Wellness Strategy
Through the P3.8 iThrive program (iThrive), we collaborate with organizations to enhance institutional corporate wellness through fitness and health promotion. iThrive is a robust corporate wellness program designed for employers to “foster a fitness and health culture within organizations” – one that recognizes that “worker health” and “work-place health” are intertwined, rather than viewing obesity, job stress, and other personal or work-related health concerns in isolation. iThrive aims to contribute to creation of a healthier and happier workforce: one that helps to keep healthcare spending low and productivity high – a win-win for both the employer and employees.
Corrective Exercise
With the rising prevalence of chronic movement issues—ranging from postural dysfunctions, muscular imbalances to joint pain—affecting both active and sedentary individuals, corrective exercise has become an essential tool. It helps to reduce pain and injury risk while enhancing performance, mobility, muscular endurance, and balance.
Using a data-driven and client-centric approach, we perform a comprehensive head-to-toe analysis to assess movement, mobility, and postural misalignments. Based on these findings, we design tailored fitness programs to prevent and correct common muscular, neural, and soft-tissue issues related to movement. Our hands-off corrective strategy combines the art and science of human movement with soft-tissue mobilization to effectively address everyday pain in the back, knees, hips, shoulders, and neck.
